We have more than 50 years of experience teaching authentic Shaolin Kempo Karate to children and adults. With 10 locations throughout Connecticut, each of our full-time studios offers flexible schedules, making it convenient to fit karate classes into your schedule.

Our instructors care about kids and recognize the value of teaching them from a young age. We’re proud to be part of people’s lives for decades, teaching the proven art of Shaolin Kempo Karate page to children, teenagers, and adults.

Karate classes are separated by age group and ability level and we utilize teaching methods specific to your physical, emotional and intellectual needs.
