The Wethersfield Chamber of Commerce would like to thank their sponsors and ticket buyers for making the 3rd Annual Wine Tasting a big success! We were happy to donate a portion of each ticket sold to Team Suzy Q.
We were happy to have the support of Buy Rite Liquors. Sam Shah did a great job putting together the wine, beer and liquor vendors. We thank new member Panera Bread for the delicious sandwiches and salads, along with the Wethersfield High School Culinary Class for the wonderful assortment of mini cheesecakes, chocolate covered strawberries, fruit salads and cookies. Sterling Jewelers sponsored the ingredients for the desserts and the students were inspired in their baking. We were happy to have Newington Bicycle at the event sharing the latest and greatest in bikes along with Wethersfield Rental for the fabulous rentals. Kim's Flower Shop made the event special with lovely bud vases filled with hydrangeas and roses. The room sparkled as Angelo and Al played the perfect background music. The event was hosted in the historic Webb Barn, which is a lovely, rustic location in the heart of Old Wethersfield . Special thanks to the Katie Sullivan and the Webb-Deane-Stevens Museum for the perfect location.
